What to know about the supervised ATK Service:
- The supervised ATK service allows you to carry out your ATK test by a doctor over video consultation, instead of having to do one physically at a test centre or in a clinic.
- The supervised ATK test service only includes the video consultation. You will need to provide your own ATK kit (must be MDA-approved).
- Each video consultation is valid for one person only.
- Each supervised ATK consultation will last 30 minutes. This includes the 15 minutes required for the ATK test kit to produce a valid result. During this 15-minute waiting period, you are allowed to leave the view of the camera. However, your ATK test kit must remain in view the entire time, until your results are verified by the doctor.
- For travelers doing their pre-departure test, please have your passport and travel itinerary ready at the start of the call.
